At our regular meeting on Monday, December 2, newly elected Ventura City Councilman and Ventura Rotary South member Erik Nasarenko spoke to those in attendance about how he managed his successful campaign as well as his "vision for Ventura." Among his goals are enhancing parks and extending library hours, improving mid-week occupancy rates for local hotels by developing a conference center, and increasing the City's sales tax base by attracting one or more "big-box" stores to the area.
