It's the Wearin' o' the Green!

The 21st Annual Wearin' o' the Green Golf Tournament to benefit CAREGIVERS: Volunteers Assisting the Elderly is slated for 8:00 a.m. on Monday, March 18, 2013 at Buenaventura Golf Course.

This year, we are delighted to honor former Ventura Mayor Jack Tingstrom and Alexander of Oxnard Public Relations Director Shane Morger, two past tournament chairs who have served CAREGIVERS for so many years. Since 1984, CAREGIVERS has recruited and trained hundreds of volunteers who contribute their time through visits, calls, rides to the doctor, and other neighborly deeds that help seniors continue to live independently in our local communities.
